Irish streamer JustaMinx returns to Twitch after ban, pretends to get arrested by Twitch police

Popular Irish streamer JustaMinx has poked fun at Twitch after being unbanned, with a comedy sketch where she was “arrested” on stream. China’s limit on computer game time risks harming children’s education and should not be introduced in the UK, the professional body for the IT industry has said. Modern gaming challenges like building Minecraft worlds with friends, or trading on Roblox, encourage children’s interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects, said Professor Andy Phippen, a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered institute for IT (formerly known as the British Computer Society). UK Yogscast streamer Pedguin banned on Twitch for use of emotes including a Winnie the Pooh cartoon posterior and hot tub

Peter ‘Pedguin’ Mann, UK streamer and member of the UK-based entertainment group Yogscast, has been banned on Twitch. Pedguin says the ban was due to his emotes, and white Twitch hadn’t apparently told him what was specifically wrong with his latest emotes, it did previously state previous emotes were removed due to ‘imagery of sexualised content or nudity’. Pedguin had previously submitted slightly different versions of the below Winnie the Pooh-style emotes, which were removed by Twitch, prompting him to make tweaks and changes. Spanish streamer and former League of Legends caster Ibai ‘Ibai’ Llanos has been banned on Twitch after a guest flashed their buttocks on stream. UPDATE (May 13th 2021): Facebook Gaming has dropped both Jeff Leach and NitroLukeDX following the below incidents, reports Bleeding Cool. “We expect our Facebook Gaming partners to model a high standard of conduct,” Facebook said in a statement. “We have ended our contract with Jeff Leach and terminated his partner status with Facebook Gaming. We’ve done the same with NitroLukeDX due to his behavior on prior streams.” The news comes after Dexerto reported that sponsors are also dropping Jeff Leach. ‘I’m excited to speak to my lawyers’ – spat between British content creators NitroLukeDX and Jeff Leach gets ugly after video prompts Activision to sever ties with CoD Ghost voice actor over sexism claims

Jeff Leach, British streamer, stand-up comedian and the voice of Ghost in recent Call of Duty games (pictured left), has announced he is taking legal action against fellow British content creator NitroLukeDX (pictured right). NitroLukeDX, aka Luke Pickering, published a video on May 7th containing several foul-mouthed out-of-context clips of Jeff Leach followed by a discussion panel between women gamers denouncing his behaviour. The first clip is from Jeff’s 2017 appearance on a show known as Tauntfest, where he spoke in a derogatory manner about female streamer ZombiUnicorn, who declined to attend because of him being on the show.
