While E3 and the Tokyo Game Show have been scrapped in favor of virtual events, China Joy will go forward as planned—as an in-person event. As Shanghai Daily reports, the show will be held from July 31 to August 3. Special measures will be in place to help keep visitors and exhibitors safe. EA is moving ahead with its E3-adjacent event this year as a completely digital showcase. EA Play Live 2020 will take place on June 11 beginning at 7:00 p.m. There’s no schedule for it yet, but EA says the livestream will include world premiers and other news. To be frank, I don’t remember when was the last time I actually played an EA game. And EA always find a way to kill my interest in their upcoming releases in some way.
